With all bag purchases we provide a care kit which includes a conditioner that can be used to restore surface scratches and maintain the life of your leather product.
Use a soft brush or wipe surfaces with a damp cloth and avoid using soap.
Dry your item off with a towel and let it sit at room temperature.
Massage natural leather conditioner into the surface, sealing any scratches that accumulate through wear. Once applied, let the conditioner soak into the leather overnight before use.
When can I expect my package to be sent?
Our products are made to order and will be finished and sent within 3 days of your day of purchase.
Will I be able to track my package?
Once your order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking number which will allow you to closely track the progress of your order.

We use NZ Post for both domestic and international shipping.

Will I have to pay additional duty fees?
All import duties will be charged to the recipient by NZ Post or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Wayward St. has no control over these charges.
